Vine Branch Foundation School (VBFS)

History

Vine Branch Foundation School (VBFS) could be liken to two scriptural truisms: A city set upon the hill which cannot be hidden and mustard seed becoming a mighty tree.

The school started in 1996 as a crèche with one baby.

The primary arm started in 2010 with three pupils. Since then the school as grown such that we have produced 11 sets of outstanding pupils now placed in various secondary schools of international repute across the nations of the world.

The Visioner

Pastor Dr. Bridget Iguehi Kolade was inspired to start the school which was overseen by late Mrs. Ajobo. Pastor Mrs. Omobolanle Okusanya succeeded her and the school was known for a phenomenal success and growth.

This is also attributed to the great effort contributed by Professor Mrs. Esther Abiola Oduolowu.

VBFS boasts of highly qualified professionals and empathetic members of staff.

Presently we have Mrs. Titilope Opeyemi Ojo as the Head of School.

The vision of the school is to become a house hold name of international standard and recognition, setting the pace in the education landscape of the nation while we pray, learn and play. If you desire a school where your child/children/ward(s) will be given qualitative education, inculcated with spiritual values, and emotional stability with mental soundness.

Admission Policy

There’s a non-refundable admission fees. Registration form to be filled and returned to the school before admission is granted.

Attendance Policy

Punctuality is a core value of the school. Violating it attracts discipline.

Assessment Policy

Assessment follows 3 stages- pre-assessment, mid-term assessment and final assessment.

Bullying Policy

We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all individuals. This policy aims to prevent and address bullying behavior, ensuring everyone feels respected, valued, and protected.

Discipline Policy

We are committed to maintaining a productive and respectful learning environment. This disciplinary policy outlines the procedures for addressing employee and pupils’ misconduct and ensuring fairness and consistency in disciplinary actions.
